Happiness

Happiness is…
-Okay maybe just one more cookie
-Augh… I shouldn’t have had that extra cookie now my stomach is bloated
-Logan, you’re getting heavy because my back is hurting
-Constantly tripping over nothing or just being plain clumsy
-Always asking if I can use your bathroom
-I swear last year these shoes fit just fine; now they are really kinda of snug
-A long afternoon nap…when Logan allows it
-Standing up too fast and seeing the room spin
-Yummm….I'm thinking Arby’s
-Now just where did I put my cell phone and/or keys
-Smelling Logan’s diaper LONG before Aaron can smell it
-Waking up every hour during the night to visit the ladies room
-A Charley Horse
-Having to say “Hang on a moment while I catch my breath because that last flight of stair really got to me”
-Investing in some good cocoa butter
-I’m eating right and getting my exercise but the weight just seems to keep coming on
-Trying to decide if the random shoots of pain in my lower abs are fake or not

Really Happiness is….
The knowledge that at the end of April I will be done with those wonderful things and holding this tiny foot in my hand!

SNOW FUN
The big Blizzard of 2010 turned out to be really lame in our part of town. We got maybe a half of inch that was melted by the next morning. Logan and I were really excited to build a snowman outside his window but that didn’t happen. We still are waiting for our share of the snow.
However further up North at Grandpa and Grandma’s, they got dumped on with plenty of white stuff. How convenient that we were heading North anyways for Thanksgiving. Logan was excited to get all bundled up for a day in the snow with his cousins. Kalob and Carter got a new sled and were anxious to see it in action behind the fourwheeler. I actually think Brett was secretly more excited than anyone to test out the sled.
Like father, like son...Logan is like his daddy in many ways and loves to be outside.
Logan and Carter waiting for their turn on the sled. They are just too cute! We bought Logan's hat so he could take Shasta and Yodel for walks in style-just like Grandpa.
Here is Levi taking a break after chasing Kalob around the sled track. Levi didn't know I was taking his picture. He hates his picture taken so of course I have to sneak in a shot here and there.
The snow was a little dry and we had a hard time getting it to pack down to make a good track but it worked out just fine and the boys had a ball going around and around.

Our freezing cheering section did a good job at watching from the side. Can you guess where grandma's attention is? Watching her cute grandsons almost tip over in the deep snow.
Once the sun went down it got pretty chilly so we packed up and went inside. Logan and Carter are playing pattycake with Grandma and Nicole. They loved it.

These are just some random pictures of Logan I took the past few days.
The first is Logan enjoying MY apple. He likes to sample anything we are eating. He wouldn't give it back. Oh well I guess there are worst things that he could be eating off the ground.

The next one is Logan playing "Dentist" I think we found his calling in life....does anyone know how much Dental School cost? Logan loves to stick his hand in our mouths and feel the teeth. I don't usually let him but Daddy did one day and it entertained Logan for quite awhile.
