Marathon of June

June has been very busy and exciting for the Bennion family. We have had graduations, missionary homecomings, trips, and just some good old family time fun. Here is a huge recap of the past few weeks because I haven't been home long enough to upload my pictures; let alone post a blog.

Marathon of June

We started June out with a bang! Uncle Levi's Graduatation from High School. My mom prepared a scrumptious lasagna dinner in his honor. Then it was off to the ceremony.

Levi is such a great brother. I am so proud to be his sister. Levi is very decicated to whatever his is doing at the moment whether that is focusing on his college physic's class or simply playing with his nephews. He is a very intellegient young man and will do great things in his life!

Congratualations Levi on a great accomplishment. Remember to cherish each chapter in your life because they just seem to get better with time!

Welcome Home Colby

The next day we welcomed home Colby from his mission. Colby served in the Germany Berlin mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Colby was supposed to arrive at 7:10pm but missed his connecting flight at JFK and didn't get in until 10:30pm. Apparently the co-pilot got sick right before take off in Berlin and the plane was delayed two hours. So here we are all very tired, but excited, waiting for his arrival.

Fun Times with Family

Levi is such a builder. Go figure he wants to be an engineer. He made this replica of the Colosseum in Rome using lots and lots of cards. I do not know how long it took him but it was really cool. If you don't see it take a look at our "gladiatorial games" in the center. The lion is chasing Woody while Buzz is stunning the lion with his laser.

Kalob the human bulldozer! Levi gave Kalob permission to demolish his work of art. It didn't take long for the colosseum to come crashing down under the toddler.

After two years Colby is still better than I am at wakeboarding.

I thought Colby's face was funny in this picture.

Cabin Week

Aaron, I, Nicole, and Logan went up to Bear Lake to spend so time at the family cabin. We had a blast.

Each year the cousins get to have their heights measured on the wall of the cabin. Aaron and I got to measure Logan and put him on the wall. We put him right below my spot.

Levi joined us the next day and Nicole organized a showdown of skills. We each had to compete in the following events; Horseshoes, fusbol, table tennis, bumper pool, air hockey, and jen-ga. We were awarded points according to how we did in each. At the end of the events a ultimate champion was crowned. And the winner is........drum roll please..........KENZIE!!!

My acceptance speech

Thank you, Thanks you, It was a tough competition. There were a few nailbitter moments but diligence pulled me through. I would like to say Thank you to Nicole for organizing this showdown. Thanks to my baby for sleeping through the whole thing. Thank you Levi for ferce game of air hockey. Last but not least, Thank you to my wonderful husband (tear) for (another tear) supporting me even though you tried to cheat(:

I forgot to put these pictures of Logan and Carter up under the family fun section so here they are.

Wearing the matching shirts Colby brought them from Germany. Yeah for the World Cup!

Take note of the slober between the two

Here are just a few funny pictures of Logan that I wanted to share. I was doing the dishes and turned around to find Logan like this....hopefully he won't continue to stick his finger up his nose.

Aaron found Logan trying to drink from a waterbottle. Logan is always reaching out to it when I am taking a drink.

That is the end of my super long blog. Congrads if you made it this far. Enjoy your day!
